Smashing Hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, we liked the food although it's not to everyone's taste. The location is superb, just a short walk from the edge of the lake, and close to shops and restaurants. Our room overlooked the piazza which was great but a little too noisy at times. Loved it.
I wrote the following review 11 months ago & it's still incredibly good. We will be back to eat here on this trip & the next.

This hotel is literally 50m from the lake. Room we had was air conditioned & spacious. Very quiet, clean & tidy hotel. Staff very friendly & attentive, helpful with any queries. Also windows provide sound proofing. Buffet breakfast is extensive, catering for nearly all nationalities. As much as you can eat. Also allowed early access for us as we had an early flight to catch. We had dinner in the restaurant on the first night. Spaghetti bolognaise & carbonara both of which were very good along with a good merlot. Tiramisù unbelievable As was the apple strudel. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This hotel has a nice location close to the waterfront and city center.
The rooms are nice but a bit standard and not that authentic. We had booked a room with pictures of a beautiful ceiling, but we got a standard room with a flat white ceiling.
Breakfast buffet is ok and have a big selection.
The staff at the reception was very kind and informative with everything throughout our stay.
I don't normally leave reviews... but I traveled from Australia to Riva to present at a conference. The hotel was perfect, the team were helpful and friendly. Although situated within an ancient-looking Italian villa, the hotel room was modern, clean, and had spectacular views. The hotel is close to everything and the restaurant downstairs did incredible breakfasts and dinners. Embarrassingly, I do not speak Italian, and all of the staff were more than happy to converse in English. If you're looking for a no-fuss, comfortable stay, choose this hotel.
Hotel inside very clean and inviting, rooms comfortable without being over large for a double room. View from hotel not the bast as it is in the corner of the piazza. Food was OK, on bed /breakfast basis, found breakfast was more enjoyable than evening meal.
Beautiful old square on the north of Lake Garda beautiful scenery beautiful people and beautiful time highly recommend for a visit.
